After some more testing I have made a discovery.  When I log onto the NutHouse with Babstats V4, the map list that I see on the right side of that window, is not the list that the server has loaded.  It is the same maps, but not in the order that I see.  Selecting a map to play next will never work like this.  

If I "Load Rotation" and select the list that I had previously saved and is already displayed on the right of the map window.  Then "Update Maps" as it prompts me to do... I can select a map, "Play Next" and that map will play!  

So the whole map selection problem is fixed by loading the rotation and update maps. 

Ok, so that is resolved. 

But... quite often the server is crashing when a map is highlighted "Play Next" and I wait 10 seconds before "skip map".  When it crashes I can tell which map list is loaded by what map plays first.  "Commando3" is the default list (which I can not see) and "ComandoKDM" is the first map on my visible map list.   Cammando3 and ComandoKDM are similar but different maps.
